7th Street will be closed to traffic from 1st Avenue to 5th Avenue, allowing traffic flow in 1st Avenue & 5th Avenue. There will be traffic marshalls at the corners of 2nd, 3rd and 4h Avenues where they meet 5th, 6th & 8th Streets respectively, directing traffic away from these avenues, while allowing access for residents living in closed streets.
